Maria Manganiello of Mt Vernon passed away on June 25, 2010.
Maria was born on May 27, 1923 in Pietradefusi Italy to Raffaele and Luigia Nardone. On December 9, 1945 in Italy Maria married Verderico Manganiello and in 1963 they came to the United States. She worked for Reliable Automatic Sprinkler for twenty five years retiring in 1980.
She is survived by her son Antonio Manganiello ( Antonia), two daughters Gina Fiorentino (Michael), Maria Vetrini (Gino). Also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Maria was predeceased by her husband Verderico in 1995. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 4 to 8pm. Mass of Christian Burial Monday at Immaculate Conception Church in Tuckahoe at 10:30am. |
