Josephine Luciano of Mt. Vernon passed away on January 20, 2010. Josephine was born in Mt. Vernon on January 10, 1924 to Tomasso and Nicoletta Marcotrigiano. She married Michael Luciano who passed away in 1973. Josie was happiest when she was surrounded by her family. She is survived by two daughters Maria Luciano Adams, Jo Ann Kemp (James), Barbara Richardson whom she affectionately called her third daughter, and two grandchildren James and Christine. Josie is predeceased by two sisters Mary, Antoinette and one brother Paul. |
