| Obituary: Anthony Viar Jr. of Mt. Vernon passed away on October 14, 2009. Anthony was born June 19, 1927 in NYC, NY to Jose Antonio and Anna Viar. He served in the United States Army. On May 26, 1962 he married Phyllis Bracone. Anthony worked for Teledyne Hydro Power in New Rochelle as a machinist until he retired in 1987. He is survived by his wife Phyllis, son Michael and his wife Melissa, daughter Julie Franco and her husband Al, four grandchildren Jonathan, Adam, Kyle and Vincent, three brothers Amado, Albert and Alfred. Predeceased by two brothers Alfonso and Arnold. |
