| Obituary:
Philip A. Rabenau, Jr. died on May 27, 2009 at the age of 69, after a long and courageous struggle with Parkinson's disease. After graduating from Colgate University and Columbia Law School, he worked as an attorney at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company in Manhattan. Phil was raised in Massapequa, New York.
