| Obituary:
Ero Minardi of Mt. Vernon joined his beloved wife Mary in heaven on March 23, 2009 at the age of 99. Ero was born December 9, 1909 in Tuckahoe to Victor and Frances Minardi. He served in the United States Army during WWII and later became a member of Local 456 Teamsters Union working for Robitzek Fuel Oil Company. He married Mary Santoro in 1944. Ero was an active member of the senior citizens at the Armory in Mt. Vernon. He is survived by his daughter Bonnie Rivera, three grandsons, Thomas Juliano, Jamus Rivera and Christian Rivera and his wife Kim, great grandson Justin Rocco.
