| Obituary: Angela Iengo of Yonkers formally of Mt. Vernon passed away on April 22, 2009. Angela was born in Guardia Lombardi Italy on January 22, 1935 to Raffaele and Arcangela Valvano. She came to the United States with her family in 1954. Angela married Joseph Iengo on September 5, 1959. Angela is survived by her daughters Angela Smith, and Antoinette Slater, son Anthony Iengo, sisters Giuseppina Guida, and Maria Sala, six grandchildren Nicole, Danielle, Tommy, Joseph, Domenick, and Nicholas. Angela is predeceased by her husband Joseph and her daughter Joann Iengo. |
