Obituary:
Armentano, Rose Marie
Rose Marie Armentano, 79, a life long resident of Yonkers, New York passed away on March 6th 2009. She was born on October 19th, 1929 to Antonio DiVenuto a veteran of World War I in the Italian army and Grace Meglio born in Naples, Italy. The youngest of seven children Rose Marie married Pat Armentano in September 1951 and together have four sons Joseph, Robert, Michael and John.                               
Rose Marie lived a very active life was admired for her dedication to her family and the tremendous energy she had throughout her entire life. Her legacy is the love, values and traditions she passed along to her children, grandchildren and extended family. She was known as the matriarch of the Armentano family, organizing birthday parties, family reunions and Sunday afternoon dinners for her sons and their families.   She brought the same passion and devotion to the family owned business Paraco Gas (formerly Patsems Inc.) as she did with every other aspect of her life. She worked for over 40 years in their payroll and benefits department. Her personal relationship and knowledge of each employee was legendary throughout the Paraco family. She is survived by her husband, four sons, her sister Lucille M. Arciolla and 11 grandchildren: Christina, Janelle, Tyler, Marissa, Ryan, Christopher, Julianna, Alex, Nicholas, Anthony, and Samantha.
