 Obituary: Marie Lucille (Mary Lou) Algiere passed away on November 1, 2009 at Calvary Hospital after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was born on October 30, 1938 to the late James (Chip) and Mary Algiere of Mt. Vernon. Mary Lou retired from AT&T after 37 years of service. She continued working in her elected position as Union President of CWA 1153 in Valhalla. Survived by her brother Michael (Rita) Algiere and many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. Mary Lou will be greatly missed and will remain in our hearts forever…
