Anthony (Chuck) Santore, of Valhalla NY, passed away peacefully on September 16, 2008. Anthony was born on December 13, 1925 in Mt Vernon to Anthony & Adelaide Santoro, Sr. He served in the US Navy During WWII. On June 3, 1945 he married Elizabeth LaManna in Mt Carmel Church in White Plains.
Anthony was a supervisor for the Mt Vernon DPW for 25 years. He then became a Street Commissioner in Pelham until his retirement. He is survived by 3 children; Kenneth, Richard & Ron (Susan) Santore. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren , 2 brothers; Fred & Bob and his former wife Elizabeth.
