Philomena (Fannie) M. Obituary: Philomena (Fannie) M. Rappoccio a lifetime Mt. Vernon resident died April 23, 2008.  She was 96 years old. Mrs. Rappoccio was born September 20, 1911 in Mt. Vernon to Luciano and Giovanna Versace Toto.  She married Joseph Rappoccio on November 9, 1957, Joseph died September 23, 1971.  Philomena is survived by her two children; John and his wife Florence Costabile and Rosemarie and her husband Charles Cerone; her dear sisters JoAnn DeGrazio  and Carmella Laudisio and a brother Nick Toto.  She is also survived by her six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.  She is predeceased by a son Joseph Costabile, three sisters Nettie Odell, Sadie Cenname and Mary Bonefede and one brother Joseph Toto.
