Date of Death: July 19, 2008 Services: Family will receive friends from 2-4 & 7-9 pm Tuesday at the funeral home. Funeral service 11:00 am Wednesday also at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Beechwoods Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Sacred Heart Church, 115 South 5th Ave, Mt. He was born on April 9, 1913 in New Rochelle to Vincent and Theresa Formicola. Frank was predeceased by his wife, Florence in 1997. Beloved father of Mary Tepper, Frank Formicola, Jr. and Carol Beyer. Proud grandfather of Frank Formicola III, Steven Formicola, Kenny Formicola, Kathy Formicola-Jack, Jennifer Tepper, Kim Mary Tepper, Louis Tepper, Jennifer Tepper-Merkle and Harlan Beyer. Cherished great grandfather of nineteen. Dear brother of Margaret Longabucco and Ida Avalone. Frank was the owner of The Formicola Florist & Sons until his retirement in 2000. I went to highschool with Kathy and would talk to Frank Jr. at the flower shop, so I have know your family for many years and your grandfather was always a pleasure to see when I would buy flowers for my mother.
