Services: The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 4 to 8pm.  Interment private.  In lieu of flowers donations to the Lustgarten Foundation For Pancreatic Cancer Research 1111 Stewart Avenue Bethpage, NY 11714 would be appreciated.

Obituary: Eugene Aquilino, born November 22, 1916 died on May 30, 2008.  Predeceased by his beloved wife of 62 years, Margie (Ragnone) and his loving daughter Patricia Kennedy, he will continue animated discussions with his father, Jim, his adoring mother Ella (Kopp) and fiercely loyal brothers, Urban, Harold and Robert.  He is also predeceased by his loving sisters Evelyn (Marino) and Mildred (Nardone).  Gene was a Mason - lodge #702 Tuckahoe, a sixty seven year member of Local 21 Steamfitters and Plumbers and like many of the Greatest Generation, he endured the Great Depression.  He served in the Asia-Pacific Theatre of Operations in WWII.  Gene is survived by his brother Norman, daughters Jeanne (Joseph) Kennedy and Dianne, son in-law Dan, six grandchildren, Tracey (John) Conway, Daniel, Alyssa, Joseph (Christie), Meghan and Lauren Kennedy, three great-grandchildren and a host of wonderful, nieces and nephews.
